Terms & Conditions for RankSWAT

Welcome to RankSWAT. By using the RankSWAT website, app, or any related tool, service, integration, API, report, or feature, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1) Service Description

RankSWAT is a platform that provides SEO-related tools, analytics, reports, and outputs, including technical audits, page and website analysis, keyword research, backlink insights, smart insights, experimental features, and related integrations, as available within the platform from time to time.

We may add, modify, or discontinue any feature, plan, function, integration, or user experience, while preserving the core of what has been purchased within commercially and operationally reasonable limits.

2) Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the service, account creation, trial activation, subscription purchase, or use of any free or paid feature constitutes your express agreement to:

• These Terms & Conditions
• The Privacy Policy
• Any additional operational, technical, or commercial policies published within the platform or on the RankSWAT website

3) Accounts and Plan Types

RankSWAT may offer individual plans, business plans, team or agency plans, API plans, referral programs, seasonal offers, or trial-based offers.

A) Individual Accounts

An individual account is intended only for the personal use of the account owner and may not be shared, made available, or operated on behalf of another person as a substitute user.

The owner of an individual account may use the service on up to 3 devices, provided that use remains for the same person and within normal, expected usage patterns.

The platform may detect logins from a new device, network, or unusual location. In such cases, it may:

• Send an inquiry or alert to the user first
• Temporarily restrict the new device or network
• Request clarification or an appeal from the user
• Take additional action where there is reasonable suspicion or repeated attempts

Users may access the platform from work, school, public places, cafés, or similar locations, but that does not prevent security and review systems from applying when unusual activity is detected.

B) Team and Business Accounts

Individual accounts may not be used as a substitute for Business / Agency / Teams plans. When those plans are launched, they may be subject to additional terms or separate addenda.

C) Access by an Assistant or Employee

Granting access to an assistant, employee, or third party within an individual account is not automatically permitted unless RankSWAT expressly approves it through the support team.

If approved, such access may be limited to:

• Read-only access
• Very limited permissions
• Additional terms or fees
• A defined duration or scope of use

4) Referral Program

RankSWAT may provide a referral program for users, advertisers, or partners under the conditions published within that program.

Fraudulent or misleading use of the referral program is prohibited, including for example:

• Fake referrals
• Self-referrals or repeated account creation
• Misleading promotions
• Circumventing eligibility rules
• Creating false or illegitimate referral flows

We may cancel any rewards, credits, or benefits associated with violating referrals.

5) Prohibited Uses

Using RankSWAT is prohibited in connection with any activity, project, site, or campaign involving:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activity
• Spam, abuse, unauthorized scraping, or harmful exploitation of third parties
• Reverse engineering, attempting to copy system logic, extract scoring logic or internal structure, or bypass technical limits
• Circumventing limits, rate limits, security systems, metering, or verification
• Reselling access, creating an alternative interface over an account, or repackaging platform results as a competing service without permission
• Gambling, betting, or promotion of such activity where unlawful or high-risk
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative content
• Hate speech, racism, discrimination, or incitement to violence
• Content involving physical or psychological harm, or promoting self-harm or harm to others
• Malware, phishing, technical fraud, or hacking attempts
• Impersonation, forgery, or materially false information
• Any websites or services that violate Google policies or aim to manipulate them
• Any activity that may expose the platform, its users, partners, or infrastructure to legal, security, or reputational risk

6) Public Analysis, Projects, and Connected Accounts

A) Public Website Analysis

In principle, users are not required to have a special authorization to run a public analysis of a public website or domain, provided that the analysis is performed through technically permitted methods and with respect to relevant technical restrictions, including robots directives or restrictions imposed by the website itself.

If the website refuses analysis or blocks legitimate technical access, RankSWAT may be unable to analyze it.

B) Projects Created Within the Platform

Creating a project in RankSWAT, connecting a digital asset, verifying a domain, linking account integrations, or enabling features that depend on user control over an asset requires that the user have a legitimate right, suitable authority, or actual control over that asset.

C) Integrations

When connecting services such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or others, the user confirms that they have the appropriate authority to connect that service to their RankSWAT account.

7) Google Data and User-Connected Data

Any data fetched from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or other services directly connected by the user is processed only for purposes related to delivering the service to that user within RankSWAT, operating requested features, protecting the service, and improving internal performance in a controlled manner.

Such data may not be used:

• For sale
• For rental
• For disclosure to third parties for marketing purposes
• For the benefit of a competitor
• To support competitor analysis for another user
• As a data source for other user accounts

Competitor analysis within the platform relies on public, independent, or otherwise authorized data sources, not on private connected account data from other users.

When an integration is disconnected, the platform may delete the token or linked authorization while retaining historical reports or results previously generated within the account.

8) Paid Plans, Trials, and Offers

RankSWAT may provide:

• Trials
• Free attempts
• Seasonal or temporary offers
• Paid plans
• Lifetime plans
• Separate future services or features

Each plan, offer, trial, or free feature is governed by what is displayed on the purchase page, plan page, or offer description at the time of activation.

We may change, discontinue, or withdraw offers, trials, free limits, or promotional benefits at any time unless otherwise expressly stated.

Prices may change for future new subscriptions only. Existing plans remain subject to what was purchased as announced for them, subject to legitimate updates to the nature of the service.

9) Lifetime Accounts

Some accounts or plans may be granted on a Lifetime basis according to the conditions announced at purchase time. However:

• The account holder remains bound by all applicable usage terms
• Usage limits, operational limits, and technical protections continue to apply
• A Lifetime account may not be transferred or inherited
• It may not be transferred to another person after the owner’s death or loss of legitimate control

Identity Verification for Lifetime Accounts

RankSWAT may conduct periodic identity verification of the holder of a Lifetime account to confirm ongoing legitimate control and prevent transfer, inheritance, or misuse.

• The first routine verification may occur 4 years after initial activation
• After that, verification may occur periodically once every year
• The user may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID only
• A short verification video may be requested when needed
• The user may submit verification up to two weeks before the due date
• If the user does not respond within one week of the verification request, the account may be restricted
• After restriction, the user may complete verification within three weeks
• If verification is not completed within that period, the account may be permanently suspended
• This verification is conducted manually and under strict internal supervision

10) Ownership of Reports and Outputs

Reports, analyses, and outputs associated with an account belong to the user for practical and commercial use within their legitimate activity, and the user remains responsible for how such reports are used, published, or relied upon.

The user may:

• Share reports with their team
• Share reports with their clients
• Publish them on social media
• Use them internally or commercially within legitimate activity

However, without written permission from RankSWAT, the following are prohibited:

• Reselling access to the platform
• Repackaging results as a competing product
• Running a white-label service over an individual account
• Creating an interface or alternative layer exploiting the account or its results
• Heavy or enterprise automation without permission
• Redistributing outputs in a way that creates an alternative service to RankSWAT

Broader uses may be made available through an official API or separate additional terms.

11) API and Future Integrations

RankSWAT may provide an API or future integrations. Their use may be subject to additional or separate terms, including:

• Usage limits
• Fees
• Licensing
• Restrictions on resale or repackaging
• Automation limitations
• Suspension or withdrawal of access in abuse cases

12) Payments, Refunds, and Chargeback Requests

All subscriptions and payments are generally non-refundable unless RankSWAT decides otherwise after internal review through customer support.

Some forms of usage make an account or subscription even more clearly non-refundable, including for example:

• Running keyword analysis more than 3 times
• Extracting backlinks more than once
• Consuming substantial operational or analytical features
• Abusing trials, free usage, or offers

Abusive or fraudulent misuse of refund requests, chargebacks, or payment disputes is prohibited. In such cases, we may:

• Suspend the account
• Restrict features
• Refuse future services
• Take necessary measures to protect the platform and its rights

13) Suspension, Restriction, Termination, and Appeal

RankSWAT may, in its reasonable discretion and for security, operational, or compliance purposes, do any of the following:

• Inquire with the user
• Issue a warning
• Restrict a specific feature
• Restrict a device, network, or session
• Temporarily suspend the account
• Terminate the account entirely
• Refuse analysis of a site, domain, or service
• Refuse or withdraw certain benefits or access

This may occur in cases of:

• Confirmed violations
• Reasonable suspicion
• Security, legal, technical, or ethical risk
• Violation of the Terms
• Misuse of infrastructure, accounts, offers, or features

Users may appeal certain decisions through official support channels, including the official email info@rankswat.com. The platform may accept or reject an appeal or request further documentation or clarification.

14) Experimental Features and External Dependencies

RankSWAT may include experimental, beta, limited-accuracy, or dependency-based features that rely on:

• External providers
• Public data
• Integration services
• APIs
• Technical or operational conditions partially outside the platform’s control

As a result, some outputs may vary, be delayed, change, become blocked, or become unavailable in some times, regions, or plans.

15) No Guarantee of Results

RankSWAT analyses, outputs, and recommendations are designed to be useful, practical, and as close as possible to real search logic, and they are continuously improved. However, they do not guarantee:

• Ranking in Google
• Acceptance on any platform
• Specific traffic, revenue, or business outcomes
• Permanent availability of external data
• No differences between the platform’s outputs and those of any other source

16) Technical Availability and Maintenance

The service, or parts of it, may experience temporary downtime, delay, maintenance, updates, failures, limitations, or interruptions caused by:

• Maintenance work
• Development or improvement
• Technical failures
• Circumstances beyond our control
• Third-party provider limitations
• Security or compliance reasons

This does not, by itself, create an automatic right to compensation or refund.

17) Platform Intellectual Property

All rights in the platform, including software, structure, interfaces, text, designs, logic, analysis methods, scoring mechanisms, branding, and operational components of RankSWAT, remain owned by RankSWAT and/or CampTrick and its licensors, and do not transfer to the user except to the extent necessary for lawful use of the service.

18) Privacy

The collection, processing, use, and disclosure of data are governed by the RankSWAT Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

19) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any update becomes effective when published on the website or within the platform unless stated otherwise. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

20) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
